Shipping Policy

Our primary market is the United States. Orders are shipped from China. Shipping is free for destinations accepted at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 48 hours. Estimated transit time is 5–12 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Weekends, holidays, carrier disruption and customs processing may affect delivery.

Shipping coverage and tracking

Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm whether service is available. We provide tracking information when your order is dispatched. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

Delays and missing parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated window, email us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier. If we cannot fulfill an order as agreed, we will contact you about the available resolution, including cancellation and refund where appropriate.

Address corrections

Check your shipping address before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if it is incorrect. We may be unable to change an address after dispatch. We will explain any carrier reshipping charges before requesting payment.
