Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Design Wear Shop, operated by SAENZ FRANK, handles personal information when you browse, purchase, contact us or subscribe.
Information we collect
We collect information you submit, such as your name, email, account details, billing and delivery addresses, order information and messages. Our website and service providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs, to operate and secure the store.
How we use information
We use information to process orders and returns, provide customer support, manage accounts and saved favorites, prevent fraud, maintain security and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We use a newsletter email address for marketing when you have subscribed. You may withdraw marketing consent by contacting us.
Cookies and local storage
WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies for sessions, accounts, shopping carts and checkout. Guest favorites and product comparisons are saved in your browser’s local storage. Signed-in favorites may be stored with your account. Clearing browser storage removes guest lists. You can manage cookies in your browser, but disabling essential cookies may prevent shopping or login features from working.
Payments and service providers
Payment details are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. We do not store full card numbers. Hosting, payment, shipping and email providers receive information necessary to provide their services. Orders ship from China; fulfillment may involve processing information outside your country. Providers may be subject to different local laws.
Retention and security
We retain account, order and support information while needed to provide services, resolve disputes or fulfill applicable obligations. Retention depends on the purpose and record type. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely risk-free.
Your choices and rights
You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or to withdraw marketing consent. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records where required by law or to complete outstanding transactions. Available rights depend on your location.
Contact and updates
Contact us with privacy requests. We may update this policy as our practices change.
